SongDemand Terms of Service
Applies to new orders from October 3, 2026
1. Provider and contact
SongDemand is operated by BT Jan Zieliński, ul. Niecała 10, 32-500 Chrzanów, Poland, EU VAT/Tax ID PL6282099069, REGON 365428666, registered in CEIDG. Contract questions and complaints: contact@tuneondemand.com.
2. Service, order, and payment
SongDemand creates personalized lyrics and an MP3 recording from information supplied by the customer. Price, currency, and main features are shown before payment processed by Stripe. The finished file and private page are usually delivered by email in 2–5 minutes and, exceptionally, within 24 hours.
An unpurchased demo is available for 7 days after its recording is ready. We then remove its audio. Purchased songs and payments in progress are protected from deletion under this rule.
The song is digital content supplied exclusively as an MP3 file available for download and streaming on the song page. We send the song link to the email address provided in the order. We do not supply CDs, USB drives, or other physical media.
- You must provide a working email address and have authority to submit every name, story, and other detail in the order.
- Illegal, infringing, hateful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive prompts and uses are prohibited.
3. Twelve months of online access
For orders started under these terms, streaming, downloads, and the song page with working audio remain available for 12 calendar months from the time the finished, paid song is made available. Payment retries and email retries do not alter that fixed date.
We send service reminders about 30, 7, and 1 day before expiry. If the reminder system fails, we pause audio deletion and provide at least 7 additional days after sending the overdue warning. Acceptance by an email provider is not confirmation that the customer received or read the message.
4. Earlier orders and license
Orders and order processes begun before these terms took effect keep the original promise of indefinite hosting and their earlier terms.
The customer receives a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the downloaded song privately and non-commercially. We claim no copyright in the customer’s personal contributions. The saved MP3 and license remain valid after hosting ends; platform, technology, and third-party rights are not transferred.
5. Withdrawal and consumer rights
Where consumer law applies, paid digital content is supplied during the withdrawal period only after the customer gives prior express consent and acknowledges that the right to withdraw may be lost once supply is completed; we confirm that agreement on a durable medium.
This does not limit mandatory rights concerning conformity of digital content, correction, price reduction, termination, or any other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Complaints and liability
Report non-delivery, a damaged file, or material non-conformity to contact@tuneondemand.com or the postal address above, including the order email and a description. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days where applicable law requires it.
We are not responsible for the customer’s device or connection failures, but we do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Governing law and changes
Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of habitual residence. Claims may be brought before a competent court or through an available out-of-court procedure.
Changes apply prospectively and do not shorten access or licenses already acquired under earlier terms.
